In line with their plans for the future, UK-based manufacturer Vaclensa Ltd has unveiled the new brand identity and website for The Decarbonizer.
Previously known as simply ‘Decarbonizer’ the new branding delivers a modern look for the flagship product which, after 50 years, continues to help hospitality businesses operating commercial kitchens save on costs and reduces time to clean cooking equipment.
The new logo has a sharp tone which underlines The Decarbonizer’s ability to cut through grease and burnt-on carbon from a range of cooking equipment, and the tagline could not be more to the point; by using The Decarbonizer to clean your cooking equipment, you will spend less on water bills, less on chemicals and staff will have more time to cook and serve customers instead of having to spend more time scrubbing grills and cleaning filters.
ADDITIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
The new website (www.thedecarbonizer.co.uk) is easy to navigate and features a helpful FAQ section which, as UK Marketing Manager Daniel Cross says, will be an ongoing project.
Daniel said “we are working hard on an exclusive project to develop more training and support videos and materials for the website’s ‘Help’ section, many of which are produced as a direct request from both existing and new customers. While we have our standard training and support materials, we are happy to prepare bespoke materials to meet our customers own particular way of training their staff.”
THE HORECA TEAM.
Working with customers ranging from national restaurant and pub chains to dark kitchens, holiday parks and hotels, Vaclensa’s dedicated HORECA division is made up of 3 sales people and 16 service technicians and has a dedicated product range of professional machines including The Decarbonizer, Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaners, Carpet Cleaners, Steam Cleaner, Pressure Washers, Scrubber Dryers, and outdoor Sweepers, all highly suited to the particular needs of hospitality environments.
Tony Parker, Head of HORECA for the UK and Ireland, has been with Vaclensa for 22 years, and prior to that he worked in management positions within the hospitality sector for 15 years. According to Tony “all industries and businesses go through periods of change, but within the HORECA sector change can happen much faster as businesses need to keep up to date with various legislations, technologies and customer demand which is why we are in a better position to not only meet our customers needs but exceed them”.
YOUR ONE-STOP SHOP FOR HOSPITALITY CLEANING MACHINES.
As Tony continues “we offer a One-Stop Shop solution for all our customers because we have cleaning machines in every product category and we have one of the largest service divisions in the UK. Within the HORECA industry we were mainly known for The Decarbonizer, but now customers are given the extra support they need to help them easily access the other cleaning machines their business needs, offering free, no-obligation on-site demonstrations of our cleaning machines, and in some cases customers can request a free no-obligation machine trial for an extended period of time.”
The rebrand and new website are the first part of a larger plan for The Decarbonizer and Vaclensa’s hospitality division, with more exciting developments in the pipeline for 2022 and beyond.
