After nearly 15 years creating custom knits for Hospitality, Michelle Wildenhaus, Founder and NEWH ICON of Industry nominee, is turning over the reins to Jaime Miranda, hospitality executive, entrepreneur, and longtime admirer of the brand’s creativity and craftsmanship.
Says Michelle, “This is an important milestone for Studio Twist; Jaime brings a unique combination of business acumen, operational excellence, creativity and heart. She is absolutely the best person to lead us forward; I’m excited to support Jaime and the team as Studio Twist begins its next chapter.”
Jaime is a Wharton MBA and Cornell General Managers Program graduate with more than 20 years of leadership experience in luxury hotels and resorts. Known for building high-performing teams, she has led complex organizations while maintaining a relentless focus on quality and service. Throughout her career, Jaime has developed future leaders, fostered strong partnerships, and created meaningful experiences for guests, colleagues, and communities alike.
During the transition process, Jaime has worked closely with Michelle and the Studio Twist team, with a deep appreciation for the creativity, craftsmanship, and customer relationships that define the brand. Under her leadership, Studio Twist will continue its tradition of delivering thoughtfully designed custom textiles, while pursuing new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Jaime is active in both industry and community leadership, serving on professional and nonprofit and boards supporting hospitality, education and workforce development. She is the Founder and CEO of JAM Impact, a youth sports organization focused on developing athletes through baseball and softball; she serves as Assistant District Administrator for Nevada District 4 Little League.
Jaime will assume the role of CEO & Principal at Studio Twist, while Michelle will continue with the company as Founder & Creative Director, guiding the creative vision of the collections and custom collaborations that have become hallmarks of the Studio Twist brand.
