JING has launched a new range of whole-leaf tea concentrates, created for the way premium hospitality venues serve drinks today. By concentrating three of its bestselling teas into ready-to-mix formats, JING is giving bars, restaurants, cafés and hotels a fast, reliable way to serve sophisticated non-alcoholic tea drinks with the same care, craft and relevance expected across the rest of the menu.
The new range consists of three concentrates designed to cover key premium serve occasions, including Earl Grey, a bold, citrus-led blend perfect for iced tea serves, Blackcurrant & Hibiscus, a bright, fruity and caffeine-free option and Darjeeling Empyrean, a provenance-led Himalayan tea with muscatel sweetness and aromatic complexity.
Made using whole-leaf tea, distilled water and vitamin C, and never from powders or secondary concentrates, the range is produced through a 24-hour low-temperature infusion process that preserves clarity, texture and flavour complexity. Each concentrate is available in a 750ml bottle which delivers approximately 12–15 serves, with an 18-month shelf life unopened and 72 hours refrigerated once opened. The concentrates are suitable for both simple diluted serves and more creative seasonal drinks.
Melanie Tricklebank, CEO of JING comments on the launch of the concentrates: “Consumers are increasingly looking for more sophisticated, refreshing non-alcoholic drinks that move beyond traditional soft drinks. Our new concentrates allow hospitality teams to deliver consistent, high-quality tea-based drinks across both single-serve and volume occasions, while maintaining the flavour precision and experience expected from JING. What previously took more than twenty four hours of cold-infusion now takes seconds without any compromise on flavour and is flexible enough for personalisation and seasonal twists.”
Non-alcoholic drinks are increasingly defining part of modern luxury hospitality and are no longer an alternative category or afterthought. Guests increasingly expect adult, nuanced and refreshing options that sit confidently alongside alcoholic serves, without compromising on quality or experience. JING’s new concentrates are designed to meet that moment while reducing prep pressure behind the bar.
Tea is uniquely suited to modern alcohol-free serves because it naturally delivers texture, sophistication and balance, qualities many alternatives struggle to achieve. Tannins and polyphenols create body and mouthfeel without relying on sugar, while tea’s broad natural flavour spectrum brings depth and complexity. Caffeine and L-theanine also offer calm, focused energy, adding further appeal for today’s consumers.
To mark the launch, JING has introduced ‘The Effortless Pour’ an invitation for hospitality teams across the UK to create a simple, sophisticated non-alcoholic serve using JING concentrates. Entries must feature a maximum of four ingredients, including one JING concentrate. The winning cocktail will be showcased on stage at Parched 2026, the UK’s leading non-alcoholic hospitality event, alongside a selection of additional prizes. To support hospitality teams, JING has also developed a suite of ready-to-serve recipes in collaboration with a mixologist from Artesian Bar, regularly recognised among the world’s leading bars, and is also offering sample packs and training to venues.
Matthew Jusić-Woodley, Head of Coffee at Coffee by Tate, comments on the new concentrates: “The tea concentrates allow us to offer consistent, high-quality serves across a range of very different outlets. Super easy to work with, both the staff and customer feedback has been great.”
