This Valentine’s Day, Florattica is hosting a specially crafted three-course set menu designed for those who like to indulge together. To start, their deluxe, refined menu offers a Cured Salmon, smoked salmon mousse, orange fennel, Ostra caviar, shellfish oil or the Roasted heritage beetroot, goats cheese mousse, basil pesto, candied walnuts, baby cress (v).
Main options include a Butter-poached chicken roulade, herb-infused mash, purple kale, and chicken jus and Wild mushroom risotto, porcini cream, pecorino Romano, with truffle oil (v). And to conclude, an enticing sharing dessert of Pistachio and raspberry rose mousse (v), sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
