The Residence “Borgo da Mare” is located in the historic center of the town of Monteprandone (province Ascoli Piceno, Marche), a medieval stronghold overlooking the Adriatic Sea at San Bendetto del Tronto.
The residence was born from the renovation of ancient buildings from the 1500s is set on a hill with a sea view on the border between Marche and Abruzzo, in central Italy, just 4 km from the beach in San Benedetto del Tronto.
IL RESIDENCE
The residence was established in 2008 following the restoration of two houses, architectural beauties of the 1500, which shared among other things the only large garden in the historic center of the town. The architectural style of the residence is the cozy and exclusive style of a period residence.
During the renovation of the ancient medieval buildings, attention was also paid to detail, highlighting the architectural beauty of the cross vaults, wooden beams, handmade bricks and original frescoes.
